Strategic Plan Outcome: O2.Every Student Thrives Socially and Emotionally
Strategic Plan Measure: % of students reporting they feel safe, welcome, and accepted at school.
School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely): By the end of the 2023-2024 school year, 85% of students in grades K-5 will report they feel safe, welcome, and accepted at school.
Strategic Plan Strategy: Teams in each building meet regularly to examine social-emotional, academic, attendance and discipline data for students.

Strategic Plan Outcome: O3. Each student demonstrates proficiency in Habits of Mind
Strategic Plan Measure: % of students who consistently demonstrate the six habits of mind.
School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely)By the end of the 2023-2024 school year, 80% of students in grades K-5 will consistently or generally demonstrate four out of the six Habits of Mind student behavior targets.
